3000 Tinubu supporters hold posterity walk in Lagos

Supporters of President Bola Tinubu under the PBAT Door-To-Door Movement staged a 3,000-man Posterity Walk in Ikeja, Lagos, on Thursday as part of efforts to strengthen grassroots support for the President ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The procession began at Allen Junction and terminated at the Lagos Television premises in Agidingbi, attracting participants from Ekiti, Ondo, Osun, Oyo and Ogun states.

The organisers said the walk was organised to highlight what they described as the achievements of the Tinubu administration and mobilise support for his re-election in 2027.

The Southwest Zonal Coordinator of the movement, Orisamoluwa Adekunle John, led the procession, alongside the zonal secretary, Awoyinfa Opeoluwa.

Participants marched along the route carrying banners and chanting solidarity songs in support of the President.

Speaking during the event, John said the gathering demonstrated the movement’s continued commitment to Tinubu’s administration and provided an opportunity to engage residents on government policies and programmes.

“Today, we stand together as a testament to our unwavering support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

“His leadership has ushered in transformative changes that resonate with the aspirations of Nigerians,” he said.

John said the movement was expanding its grassroots mobilisation efforts across the South-West to sustain support for the President.
