The Nigeria Customs Service, the Federal Inland Revenue Service and the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission have received N76.64 billion as June 2024 revenue from the Federation Allocation Account Commission.
This is according to data from the National Bureau Statistics on FAAC disbursement for June 2024.
the Federation Allocation Account Commission described the total sum disbursed to the three agencies as payment for the revenue collections.
“The revenue generating agencies comprising of Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), and Nigerian Upstream Development Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) received N20.85 billion, N36.33 billion, and N19.46 billion respectively as cost of revenue collections”, NBS data revealed.
