The relationship coach told them to avoid any man who brags about being as an “alpha male”.
Okonkwo opined that a man who repeatedly describes himself as an alpha male is one of the biggest signs of toxicity, narcissism, and insecurity all mixed up in one.
According to him, real Alpha males don’t brag or seek to dominate women, rather, they are perfect gentlemen who have learnt self-control.
