The abductors of Oba Moses Omotayo Oyinloye, the traditional ruler of the Igbesi community in Isin Local Government Area of Kwara State, are demanding a N30 million ransom.
The monarch’s brother and Nollywood filmmaker, Olaide Olabanji, made the disclosure on his Instagram page.
Olaide Olabanji stated this four days after Oba Moses Omotayo Oyinloye was kidnapped at his palace on Saturday, August 22, 2026.
However, updating the public about the development, the filmmaker, who is the monarch’s younger brother, stated that the abductors are demanding a N30 million ransom.
“My dear brother, his royal majesty, Oba Moses Omolayo Oyinloye, the Onigbesi of Igbesi Land, Kwara State, was kidnapped on Saturday. The kidnappers are now asking for 30 million naira for ransom.
“We pray to ALMIGHTY GOD for his safety”, he said.
