The crossdresser found lying lifeless along the Katampe – Mabushi expressway on Thursday morning has been identified as Abuja Area Mama.
He was reportedly killed by unknown persons in Abuja and his lifeless body left in the open.
Reports said he had previously raised alarm over threats to his person and mistreatment as a result of his lifestyle.
He was said to have once been beaten by a group of men after a squabble with a taxi driver who had patronised his services in the Gwarinpa area of Abuja.
The news of his murder has now sparked outrage among Nigerians.
They are demanding that the Police fish out the killers of the entertainer.
