Lagos socialite, Mike Nwalie, also known as Pretty Mike, has been granted bail of N50 million after his arrest and arraignment at a Federal High Court in Lagos over alleged drug-related offences.

Pretty Mike was arraigned alongside the club’s supervisor, Joachim Hillary, 32, by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, before Justice Ambrose Lewis-Allagoa on a three-count charge bordering on conspiracy, unlawful possession, and permitting the use of the club premises for illegal drug activities.

The NDLEA’s prosecution counsel, Buhari Abdullahi, told the court that the offences were allegedly committed at the club located at No. 7, Akin Adesola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, in October.

The anti-drug agency accused both defendants of organising a drug-fueled party at the nightclub, where the NDLEA agents alleged that they recovered 200 grams of Cannabis Sativa and 177 cylinders of Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) weighing 364.662 kilograms in total.

Pretty Mike was accused of allowing his club premises be used for drug-related activities, while Hillary had in his possession 200 grams of Cannabis Sativa without lawful authority on or about October 25, 2025.

The offences committed, the agency said, contravene Sections 14(b), 20(1)(c) and were punishable under Section 20(2)(b) and 12 of the NDLEA Act, Cap N30, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.
