Super Eagles’ Polokwane camp came alive on Tuesday following the arrival of 17 players ahead of their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Lesotho.
The team opened camp in Polokwane for the crucial encounter on Monday, despite visa delays for some players.
Eric Chelle’s side will hold their first official training session later tonight.
Six more players are still being expected in camp, according to our reporter.
Primenewz reports that the Super Eagles will take on the Crocodiles in a matchday nine encounter at the Peter Mokaba Stadium, Polokwane on Friday.
The players already in camp are William Troost Ekong, Victor Osimhen, Ademola Lookman, Chrisantus Uche, Wilfred Ndidi, Bruno Onyemaechi, Terem Moffi, Moses Simon, Calvin Bassey, Alex Iwobi, Samuel Chukwueze, Frank Onyeka, Tolu Arokodare, Semi Ajayi, Stanley Nwabali, Adebayo Adeleye, Amas Obasogie.
